You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have used fewer than 10 credits from the purchase. After 7 days OR after using 10+ credits, refunds are not available.
Contact us via our contact page with your order ID and reason for the refund. We process eligible refunds within 5 business days back to your original payment method.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then. We do not provide partial refunds for the current period.
One-time credit pack purchases follow the same 7-day, 10-credit policy. Credits already consumed are non-refundable.
